Character History: Reagan is the oldest of all of Morgan Halcyon's sisters. When he disappeared at the start of the Mage War, she answered the call of Mamba, in order to send money back to her family.
However, she's gotten lost in the call of Mamba, and now Serpentine. She resents Morgan for "abandoning" her family. She still sends money back to her family, though, even though they're technically UE.

Equipment: Emerald Tree Boa has a massive starmetal sword that by all rights she should not be able to wield as gracefully as she does. This is due in part to her enhanced strength, as well as gravitational nullifiers/amplifiers, like those found in her brother's grav knuckles.
